Terms & Conditions

Please ensure any medication, such as inhalers or EpiPens are bought with you to lessons.

Parents/guardians with swimmers under 8 must remain in the building during lessons.

Where an adult is required to get in the pool with their swimmer, the adult must be over 16 and is a trusted, responsible adult.

Swimmers must have long hair tied back.

Necklaces, bracelets and hoop or dangly earrings must be removed before entering poolside. Stud earrings may be worn.

Due to the pool being slightly colder than most, younger or smaller swimmers may benefit from wearing warm suits, wetsuits or rash vests during their lessons.

Showers on poolside will not be available during lessons. Showers can be located in the changing rooms.

Poorly swimmers should not attend their lessons.

Swimmers and spectators must follow our one-way system on and off poolside.

The spectating area on poolside is open, therefore spectators must remain seated for the duration of their swimmers lesson and keep young children properly supervised. Young spectators cannot be left on poolside alone.

Outdoor shoes must be removed before coming onto poolside, or blue shoe covers should be worn.

To be aware that our Adult & Baby/Child and SEN Beginner classes that require an adult to get in the pool with their child, will be operating at the same time as our other classes.
